Web Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Recommend effective ways to integrate web analytic solutions;
• Deal with clients to ensure the successful integration of web analytics tools;
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tactics;
• Write integration instruction documents for projects.

Requirements:

• Bilingual – Dutch and English written and spoken;
• Experience configuring and using Google analytics;
• XHTML, JavaScript and some type of coding experience;
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations;
• Great communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• A desire to improve and expand your skill set in a variety of technical and business areas.

Assets:

• Running and analyzing online marketing campaigns;
• Experience with Google’s Website Optimizer.

Junior Developer

Responsibilities:

• Learn coding best practices and eventually take ownership over individual projects;
• Build data-driven sites using the latest web technologies and standards;
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tactics;
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop our internal application development tools.

Requirements:

• Bilingual – Dutch and English written and spoken;
• One year of web development experience required;
• PHP, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript coding experience;
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations;
• Great communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• A desire to improve and expand your skill set in a variety of technical and business areas.
